All services are subject to availability, pricing, and scheduling confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

• All pricing is provided upfront; additional charges may apply for hazardous, moldy, or oversized items.

• Payments must be completed as instructed at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services with prior notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

• Ensure safe and clear access to the items being removed.

• Remove personal or hazardous materials not accepted by our service.

• Follow any instructions provided by our team for safe and efficient removal.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous or toxic materials, including but not limited to:

• Chemicals or pesticides

• Flammable liquids

• Explosives or ammunition

• Medical or biohazard waste

Items not accepted may incur additional handling fees if present during pickup.

6. Eco-Friendly Disposal

We are committed to sustainable and environmentally responsible disposal. Items removed will be recycled, repurposed, or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. However, Mass Recovery Services LLC does not guarantee specific recycling outcomes for individual items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mass Recovery Services LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of our services, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Customers are responsible for securing items and ensuring items are safe for pickup.

• Any claims for loss, damage, or property issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

• Refunds are processed according to the original payment method.

• No-shows or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on our website are the property of Mass Recovery Services LLC or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy
